Our story started more than 40 years ago with a simple, classic love story.

A Brazilian boy met an American girl. Jack and Rosie shared two things from the very beginning: a love for each other and a love for the beach. When their family started growing—first three, then four—they decided to build a life around the place that meant the most to them: the beach. So they packed up, moved to Rosie’s hometown in Florida, and started a small family company called Copa.

Return Policy

Purchases made from our website are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging with all tags attached. Products that have been used outdoors are not eligible for return unless reported as defective or damaged upon arrival. Use of products outdoors is considered acceptance of product conditions unless reported within the required reporting window.
Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please email us at hello@love-copa.com with:
  - 1) Your order number
  - 2) Reason for return.
- Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.
Return Inspection
- All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Returns that show signs of outdoor use, wear or damage not related to shipping, missing packaging or tags may be denied or subject to reduced refund.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Warranty
- At COPA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why every COPA product is backed by our 1 Year Limited Warranty. We guarantee our products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended personal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
- If your product experiences a manufacturing defect that impacts normal use within the warranty period, we’ll make it right. If a defect is confirmed, COPA may replace the product or provide a refund or credit. Our goal is always to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
What’s Not Covered
- Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  - Normal wear and tear from regular use
  - Improper storage or lack of care
  - Misuse, accidents, or unintended use
  - Extreme environmental exposure beyond normal outdoor recreational use
  - Product modifications or unauthorized repairs
  - Commercial or rental use
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@love-copa.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product. Our team may request additional information to help review your claim.
Additional Details
- COPA reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility. If a product is repaired or replaced, coverage continues for the remainder of the original warranty period. The $4.99 original shipping charge is not refundable. No return or restocking fees are required.
